The Glow Hacker Guide
Everything your doctor never told about why your skin is doing what it's doing, and what it actually takes to heal. Pace yourself, read one chapter a day if that serves you. Return as many times as you need.
I know what it feels like to not recognise your own face.
I know the shame of cancelling plans because you cannot be seen. The loneliness of 3am, skin on fire, peeling sheets from your body like a second skin. The despair of getting better, actually better, and then waking to find it all came back, worse than before.
I know what it is like to sit across from a doctor who tells you nothing is wrong, while you can barely open your eyes from the swelling.
I lived in that place for two years. I was hospitalised. I was on morphine. There were days I was ready to leave this life entirely. I had three young children and a body that felt like it was trying to destroy me.
And I healed. Completely. Not managed, healed. Glass skin. No patches. No hives. No itch. No steroids, no immune suppressants, and never giving up on understanding why this was happening to me in the first place.
This guide exists because no one handed me a map. I built it myself, through years of pain, thousands of hours of research, dozens of practitioners, and more failed protocols than I can count. I made expensive mistakes. Some set me back months.
I wrote this so you do not have to.
You do not need more hope right now. You need answers. Real ones. That is what this is.
This is not medical advice. It is the map I wish someone had given me. Read in any order, but the chapters do build on each other. The quiz at the end will point you to where to focus first.
