These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital protocol products (“Protocols”) and other content sold by BioSwitch - F.Z.E, trading as The Glow Hacker (“we”, “us”, “our”), through theglowhacker.com (the “Site”). By purchasing a Protocol, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with BioSwitch - F.Z.E, trading as The Glow Hacker, a Free Zone Establishment (Limited Liability) registered with the Free Zones Authority of Ajman, UAE, licence number 40279, registered address B.C. 1305098, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
2. What you are buying
The Protocols are digital educational information products. They are delivered electronically and made available to you immediately after purchase through your account. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Protocol you bought for your own personal use.
3. Not medical advice — please read carefully
This section is essential. By purchasing or using a Protocol, you confirm you have read and understood it.
Maria Rybak Read is not a doctor, nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, or licensed healthcare practitioner of any kind, and holds no medical or clinical licence. She does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Protocols and all content on the Site reflect her personal experience, independent research, and opinion. They are provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes.
The content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for advice from your own qualified healthcare professional who knows your individual medical history. Nothing on the Site, in a Protocol, in the questionnaire, or in any communication with us creates a doctor-patient, practitioner-client, or any other professional care relationship. The questionnaire does not diagnose you; it is an educational self-assessment tool only.
Do not start, stop, reduce, or change any prescribed medication or medical treatment based on anything you read here.
This includes, without limitation, topical steroids, immunosuppressants, biologic medications (such as dupilumab / Dupixent), oral medications, and any other treatment prescribed to you. Some of our content discusses these medications and their risks. That discussion is opinion and general information, not a recommendation for you personally, and not an instruction to stop or avoid any treatment. Stopping a prescribed medication can be dangerous. Only your prescribing doctor can safely advise you on your own medication.
The Protocols may reference supplements, herbs, dietary changes, and other interventions. These are not suitable for everyone. They may be inappropriate, ineffective, or unsafe for you, may interact with medications, and may be contraindicated in certain conditions. You must speak to a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement, herb, dietary change, or practice described in a Protocol, and in particular if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking any medication, or have any diagnosed medical condition.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any question about a medical condition or before making any health decision. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on the Site or in a Protocol. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the Protocols and all Site content entirely at your own risk, that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions and their consequences, and that we are not liable for any outcome arising from your reliance on the content. If you do not accept this, do not purchase or use the Protocols.
4. No guarantee of results
Every body is different. We make no promise, guarantee, or warranty that you will achieve any particular result. Any outcomes, testimonials, or examples described are not a guarantee that you or anyone else will experience the same.
5. Price and payment
Protocols are priced at USD $179 each. Prices may be shown in your local currency at checkout via our payment processor. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
6. Digital delivery and refund policy
Protocols are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because you receive instant access to the full content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the Protocol immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the Protocols and on the Site, including text, images, branding, and the “The Glow Hacker” and “Flares to Flawless” names, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Protocol or Site content. Your licence is for your personal use only and may be revoked if you breach these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
- You will not share your account access or the Protocol content with others.
- You will not reproduce or resell any part of the Protocols.
- You will not use the Site or Protocols for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and Protocols are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Protocols. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Protocol giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and, where applicable, the Emirate of Ajman. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
